我们是四川思味思我食品有限公司，是本次展会的参展商之一。我们公司的大部份员工来自都江堰、绵阳、彭州、汶川，我们有幸逃离了这次地震，来到上海参展。展会很成功，但我们却很难过……今天是展会的最后一天，我们将回到家乡，回到到亲人的怀抱，但是我们的家乡没有了，我们的亲人不知道在哪里……在这次该死的地震中，我们的父老乡亲顷刻之间失去了为之奋斗一生的家园。失去了他们至爱的父母和孩子……幸存下来的男女老幼，缺乏食品，缺乏衣被，缺少应急帐篷，只能睡在空旷的地上，空旷的街上。忍饥挨饿，忍饥挨冻，连日的大雨，连日的降温，很多老人病了，很多孩子病了……政府的力量太有限，而需要帮助的人又太多……
在此我们请求大会主办方和我们一起在这里做一点我们力所能及的事情……

Ladie and Gentlemen,
Good morning! We come from Sichuan. We are one of the exhibitors. Most of our company people came from Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Mianyang, Wenchuan. We are fortunate that we are safe to be here in SIAL Shanghai, escaping from the catastrophic earthquake in Sichuan. The exhibition is successful, but we are sad,right now we are overwhelmed with sorrow because of this great disaster.
Today is the last day of this exhibition. After today, we will go back to our hometown in Sichuan. However, we have no hometown now,some of us have lost our families and friends. In this appalling earthquake, our fellow people lost their houses, their beloved families and friends, and their hometown where generations of people have dedicated their lifelong efforts to build. Those who survive are still suffering from hunger. They have no food, no clothing, and no shelter. They can only sleep on the ground in the open air, suffering from hunger and cold. With several days of consistent rain and falling temperature, many old people and children fell down. We know that we cannot only rely on the government’s work because there are so many people in urgent need of help.
Dear friends, we hope that you can offer your warmly helping hands to us. On behalf of our people in Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Mianyang, Henchuan, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all your kind help!
